My experience with Alpha starts with version 3. I was formerly a Q&A user and consultant and when word went out that Q&A was no longer going to develop their program I had to venture out to find a replacement. One thing I would say was Q&A was so easy to use and learn and that I thought that it would be tough to replace. I tried Access and was I disappointed. It was so hard to learn and I began to doubt my skills. Then I found alpha 5 version 3 and I was hooked. Each version has been better and better. I have been a beta tester for version 5 and I have been blown away. It is so easy to use. You can put together a heck of a nice program without much programming experience. I run my whole appliance service business with Alpha. It’s so easy that I find excuses to make a database for every need. It’s that easy to do! If I have a problem, the message board has the geniuses who are happy to help, and pretty quick too. I highly recommend it.
